Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only. 

 Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return. Returns must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

Any item purchased at a discounted rate is considered a final sale and is not eligible for exchange or return.

If your item is showing any signs of defects or you received the wrong item, please let us know within 30 days so we can arrange for a return and a replacement.

Redo

Customers who add Redo to their cart are entitled to unlimited exchange attempts per order number. Redo will also cover the cost of shipping for return for store credit. This means that the cost of shipping will be covered for all exchange attempts under each order number. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart must pay the cost of shipping for any return shipping.

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow an additional 7 days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will be notified with a store credit or an email for a rejected return. If you have not been notified, please reach out to us.

If you are returning an item in-store without a receipt or proof of purchase we can offer a same-day exchange for lesser or equal value. This is only an exception in-store, online orders must have proof of receipt. 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, digital purchases, and sale items.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*

Ghosted Garments

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on vintage clothing. 

Vintage clothing can be decades old and will show wear in some way or another. While we do our best to describe each product in detail and provide close up photos where necessary, the reality is that each customer has their own threshold for what they will enjoy or dislike. If we sell it, we believe the garment is special and has potential to pair well with other items to create an appealing outfit.

Exceptions
  • We made a mistake in your shipping information.
  • We didn't catch excessive damage and did not describe or detail the damage with photos.
